RETURNS:

We take the utmost pride in each product sold and made by Heaven Scent Wellness.  If you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason, please contact us at info@heavenscentwellness.com to discuss options.

Due to the fragile nature and uniqueness of handcrafted, one-of-a-kind, antique and vintage items ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

Any skincare items or health supplements are non-returnable. Due to high sanitary standards ALL SALES ARE FINAL on NUCIFERA, SEA SALT SOAPS,  PET SHAMPOOS, TRIXSYN, and RUNOVIA supplements. 

CANDLES: custom candles and vintage custom candles are customized to meet the specific needs of each client. Custom orders are non-returnable.



EXCHANGES:

We only replace items that have been damaged in transit. If an item is damaged in transit, please contact us immediately and we will negotiate a replacement for the item. If a replacement is unavailable, a full refund will be issued. Please send us an email with photos of your damaged item and packaging at info@heavenscentwellness.com 




SHIPPING:

Most orders are shipped via USPS Priority mail within the USA. Orders not containing candles ship within 1-2 days. Orders containing made fresh to order candles ship within 3-5 days. Larger items and heavy items such as antique + vintage decor will ship via USPS ground or UPS ground shipping. Tracking conformation will be sent via email or text as soon as your order has shipped.

*PLEASE NOTE: If an item has been damaged in transit, please contact us immediately. Heaven Scent Wellness is not held responsible for packages lost or stolen after marked as delivered. 

 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING has been calculated as estimates. If more postage is due we will send the remaining amount via PayPal payment request. If you have been overcharged, a refund will be issued in the amount due to you via PayPal. *If this is an issue for you, please contact us before placing your order.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
